Get started with the app
The Paybrain app turns your phone into a register and a back office. Ring up sales, take Tap to Pay, send invoices, count stock and check your numbers from anywhere. It uses the same account as the Register and the web, so everything you do on your phone shows up everywhere else.
Download the app
The app is free on iPhone and Android.

Sign in
There's no password. You sign in with a code sent to your phone or email.
Enter your phone number
On Welcome Back, enter your phone number and tap Send Verification Code. To use email instead, tap Login with email instead.
Enter the code
Type the 5-digit code into Enter Verification Code and tap Verify Code. No code? Tap Resend.
New to Paybrain? Tap Sign Up, enter your Full Name, Email Address and Phone Number, and tap Create Account. See Create your account.
Connect Stripe
The first time you sign in to a new account, Account Setup asks how you want to connect Stripe, which processes your payments and sends your payouts.
| Option | What happens |

| Link Existing Account | Opens Stripe so you can connect a Stripe account you already have. |
| Create New Account | Three short steps: Business Information, Business Location and Sales Tax. Tap Complete Setup and Stripe opens to verify your identity and add your bank. |
When you're done in Stripe, come back to the app. It picks up where you left off and opens the Home tab.
Find your way around
The app has five tabs along the bottom.

| Invoices | Create and track invoices, or Draft with AI from a description and photos of the job |
| POS | Ring up sales, take Tap to Pay, and run the register: closeouts, card readers, discounts, catalog, reports and Manage |
| Recurring | Recurring accounts and your Active Plans |
| Balance | Your balance, payouts and reserves |
On Home, the bell at the top opens your notifications, and the gear opens Settings. See Settings and notifications.
Switch between businesses
If you've been added to someone else's team, Home shows Switch Account next to Welcome back. Tap it to pick a business under Team Accounts, and Back to My Account to return.
