Every order shows its ship-by date at checkout. If a date ever slips, we email you the new one, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship
Tracked ground shipping, free, to addresses in the United States. The card reader in a Register kit ships free too, directly from Stripe; an extra reader on its own ships from Stripe for a flat $19.99.
When it ships
Every order ships by the date shown at checkout, and you get tracking the day it leaves. Cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
When it arrives
A Register kit arrives in up to three boxes, possibly on different days: the cash drawer, the rest of the hardware, and your card reader directly from Stripe. Plug them in, sign in with the email you used for your account and you’re selling.
