Free if it arrived damaged or faulty. For any other return, you cover the return shipping.

Starting a return
Open a support ticket from the web or the Paybrain app with your order email. We'll send a return label and instructions. There's no account to cancel and nothing to unsubscribe from — Paybrain has no monthly software fee.
