The Paybrain kit comes with a 6-month limited warranty: every part is covered against defects for 6 months from delivery. If something fails, your counter keeps running.
What’s covered
- Register (screen, stand, base)
- Receipt printer
- Barcode scanner
- Cash drawer
- Stripe card readers are covered by Stripe’s hardware warranty.
Replacement first, return second
Tell us what's wrong and we ship a working replacement within 2 business days — before you send the faulty part back. A prepaid return label comes in the box.
What’s not covered
- Drops, liquid spills and other accidental damage
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear on cosmetic surfaces
Making a claim
Open a support ticket from the web or the Paybrain app with your order email and a short description. Software issues are fixed by updates — those are free for as long as you own the register.
