Paybrain Rewards app
Paybrain Rewards is a phone app for your customers, not your staff. It shows their points, memberships and your current offers at every business on Paybrain where they've given their phone number. There's nothing for you to set up: it reads the same customer list as your Register.
Signing in
Customers sign in with the phone number they give at your register. They enter it, tap Text me a code, enter the 6-digit code and tap Sign in. There's no password.
What customers see
Rewards lists a card for each business they've given their number to, with its logo, city and their points. Tapping a card opens that business:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Points | Their balance and what it's worth, and whether it's Ready to redeem at the register or how many more points they need. Hidden if you don't run Loyalty. |
| Member card | Their plan name and a QR code of their member tag, with Show code for the scanner to show it as large text. Without a tag it says Ask at the register to link a member tag. |
| RIGHT NOW | Your promotions that are running now, with their message |
| RECENT VISITS | Their latest paid visits with what they spent and points earned or redeemed. See all … visits opens the full list. |
| Book an appointment | Opens your online booking page, when online booking is on |
| LOCATION and HOURS | Your address, which opens in their maps app, and your opening hours |
The points value and the redeem threshold come from your loyalty settings, so the app always matches what the card reader offers.
Using it at the counter
Customers still redeem points at the card reader, after entering their phone. See How customers use points.
A member can show their member code at your front desk instead of a keychain tag. In Check In, type the code under Scan or enter tag, or scan it if your scanner reads codes from a phone screen. To give a member a code, add a Member tag / barcode to their membership. See Check members in.
Privacy
The app only shows a customer their own points, memberships and visits, looked up by the phone they signed in with. To remove their sign-in, a customer taps Delete my rewards login on any business. That signs them out on every device. Their points and memberships stay with you.
