Check out a visit
When a visit ends, check it out from the appointment and the sale fills itself in: the service, its add-ons, the provider, and any products the provider added in the room. Paying marks the appointment Completed.
Check out from the appointment
On the Register, open Scheduling, tap the appointment and tap Complete & check out.
The Register screen opens with Checking out a booked appointment — payment marks it completed. at the top of the order. The sale already has:
- The booked service and add-ons, with the provider on the line so they're credited for it
- Products the provider added to the visit in the Paybrain Provider app
- The customer, from the phone number on the booking. If they have an active membership, it's attached, so their benefits apply.
- A deposit that counts toward the service, shown as Deposit applied. See Deposits at checkout.
Add anything else they're buying, then take payment as usual. See Taking payments.
Unpaid visits
Unpaid visits lists appointments from the last 90 days that happened but were never paid:
- Visits the provider finished in the Provider app (Awaiting checkout, or Served)
- Confirmed appointments whose end time has passed

- If the visit was settled some other way, open the menu (…) and choose Mark completed (Mark done without charging on the web and app). If the customer didn't come, choose Mark no-show.
When everything is settled, the list shows All caught up.
